Full-time: Business Development Manager (m/f/x)

MonsterTipp (a subsidiary of Sportsight Ltd) helps the biggest publishers in Germany to provide their readers with the best coverage on sports statistics, match predictions and betting tips, ranging from Football to MMA. Based in Berlin, we are a young team of curious marketing specialists, sports fans and tech-enthusiasts eager to change the affiliate marketing landscape and help not only our users with higher transparency but also increase reach and monetization for our partners.

What you can expect:

• Represent our company to operators in the sports betting industry and the biggest publishers in the media landscape.
• Work side-by-side with the management team to negotiate new and long-lasting cooperations
• Responsibility for B2B sales and freedom to shape this part of the business
• Conduct market research, track the competition, identify trends and make use of these insights in day-to-day operations as well as the company strategy
• Generate performance reports for media partners and come up with ideas for report automation

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in online marketing sales (Native-Ads, Display Advertising, Sponsored Posts) and familiarity with affiliate marketing
• Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
• Eagerness to grow with the company from start-up to mid-sized business
• Ability to either drive sales or innovate products, depending on the market environment
• Coachability and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
• A passion for sports is definitely an advantage but not a requirement

Requirements:

• University degree (any discipline)
• Experience in sales and/or B2B companies with a track record of exceeding KPIs
• Proficient in business English (fluency in German or another European language is a plus but not mandatory)
• Strong research and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset
• Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
• Competent in using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• You have an EU work permit
